School’s back, we’ve already run two boot camps, have our senior men and women training and set to start U12 trials next weekend.  The club is keen to build on our outstanding successes of last year and continue to build on our player and coaching pathways. Our U18/U21 trials are being delayed as our new Head Coach wants to be part of this chapter.

A key plank of our continued success will be welcoming our new Head Coach.  We are excited to have five-time Olympian Salvador Gomez Aguera or “Chava” as he’s known join us towards the end of February.  Not only will he coach our senior men but all age groups will get to work with him.  Please make him feel welcome when you see him poolside. He is excited about working with a club that has pathways for all players involved in the sport.

We are constantly looking at ways to improve and develop our club, teams, coaches and players.  That’s why we’ve had a good look at the results of the satisfaction survey we sent out last year.  Thanks to everyone who responded.  As always, there were lots of positives and a couple of areas to work on.

Watch out for our spectacular new electronic scoreboard which will be up and running at NAC in coming weeks.
